Supplementary notice to notice 2022/S 171-485884 (Services) - Survey Support Service

This notice supplements previously published notice from Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica – 2 SP. Z o.o. 2022/S 171-485884. This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures. This notice relates to the contracting entity’s project for the development, construction and operation of one offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea with a total potential capacity of up to 1.5 GW where Ørsted Wind Power A/S is representing the contracting entity in the entire tender procedure (‘Entity represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S’), specifically to the tender for Survey Support Service. Ørsted Wind Power A/S will use the UNCE qualification system for procurement and expects to launch the tender via said qualification system in August 2025 using product codes 4.6.18.2-Hydrographic Surveys and 4.6.18.14-Seabed Surveys.

The supply of Hydrographic and Geophysical Survey Instruments

The Department of Climate Energy and the Environment needs a multibeam echosounder mapping system, a hull-mounted sub bottom profiler system, and a towed sparker or boomer sub bottom profiler system, for a contract duration of 1 year, with a maximum total value of 480,000 EUR. The procurement is for the supply of hydrographic and geophysical survey instruments.

Geophysikalische Begleitung zur Baugrundvorerkundung für Offshore-Windparks innerhalb der Zonen 4 und 5 der deutschen AWZ der Nordsee gemäß FEP“ (GeophysB 2026)

Das Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie - Beschaffung Z12 benötigt geophysikalische Begleitdienstleistungen für die Baugrundvorerkundung von Offshore-Windparks in den Zonen 4 und 5 der deutschen AWZ der Nordsee gemäß FEP. Es handelt sich um eine Rahmenvereinbarung für Dienstleistungen mit einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren und einem maximalen Gesamtwert von 1 EUR. Die Dienstleistungen sollen in Hamburg erbracht werden.

Subsea Inspections 2027+

Trianel Windkraftwerk Borkum GmbH & Co. KG needs subsea inspection services for offshore foundations and scour surveys of the seabed for 3 years (2027, 2028, 2029) with an optional prolongation for an additional 2+1 years. The services involve yearly ROV inspections. Award criteria are Quality (30%) and Price (70%). Suppliers must provide references on specified services.
