Brief

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland has cancelled the competition for an Integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and will republish it. The tender sought proposals for a fully integrated HRIS package, including outsourced payroll services, pension management, workforce management, people management, performance management, time and attendance functionality, and reporting functionality. The services were to be delivered in Dublin over 5 years, with an estimated maximum total contract value of 1,100,000 EUR. The award criteria were based on quality (60%) and cost (40%).

Løsningen skal dekke hovedfunksjoner for registrering og godkjenning av tid og fravær, etterlevelse av lov- og avtaleverk, arbeidstidsplanlegging, samt styring, beslutningsstøtte og rapportering for alle kommunens virksomheter og tjenesteområder, unntatt pedagogisk personell. Løsningen skal være sikker, fleksibel og skalerbar, kunne hente og bruke masterdata fra kommunens interne systemer, strukturere data for gjenbruk og utveksling, samt benytte kunstig intelligens og regelmotorer for automatisering. Tjenestene skal leveres i Oslo.
