The European Commission, DG CNECT - Communications Networks, Content and Technology, needs services for a TEN-D study on the topology, needs, market failure, and investment gaps of backbone projects of strategic European Interest, over 18 months, with a maximum total value of 400,000 EUR. This study should analyze potential gaps in capacity, resilience, and security of terrestrial links, considering developments in data centers and AI facilities, to identify infrastructure investment gaps and market failures, and recommend appropriate interventions, including the magnitude and instruments requiring EU funding under the European Competitiveness Fund (ECF). The award criteria are Quality (60%) and Price (40%).

Het betreft een raamovereenkomst met een looptijd van 4 jaar en een maximale totale waarde van 12,4 miljoen euro. De data moet betrekking hebben op EU-goederen die geëxporteerd worden naar minimaal 151 douanegebieden. TARIC SA heeft vandaag een vergelijkbaar contract. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (70%) en prijs (30%).

The European Investment Bank needs banking and financial skills training services for a framework agreement over 3 years, with a maximum total value of 1,820,000 EUR. These services are divided into five lots: Operations of financial transactions, Banking regulations and supervision, Accounting for banks and funds, Securitisation, and Public Sector credit risk. Tenders will be evaluated based on quality (53.8462%) and financial criteria (23.0769% + 23.0769%).
