South Dublin County Council needs a Development Partner for the planning, detailed design, construction, delivery, and sale of a mixed-tenure development at Kishogue Urban Centre, Clonburris, Dublin, over 5 years, with a maximum total value of 160,000,000 EUR. The project involves delivering approximately 640 units, including 120 social housing units, a minimum of 260 affordable purchase dwellings, and a maximum of 260 cost rental units, along with 900m2 of commercial property and identifying a location for 6300 m2 of employment use. The Council seeks an economic operator with the requisite skillset to collaborate in identifying the optimal solution and delivering the project efficiently.

DPS 2025 - Integrated Design Team
