European Environment Agency (EEA) har brug for konsulenttjenester inden for forsknings- og udviklingsvirksomhed til en omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser fra Energy Community Contracting Parties i 2027 og relaterede kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter. Rammeaftalen har en varighed på 48 måneder og en maksimal totalværdi på 650.000 EUR. Tjenesterne omfatter specialiseret teknisk ekspertise til at udføre den første omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser og levere kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter, der understøtter implementeringen af rapporterings- og gennemgangskrav under den tilpassede Governance Regulation.
