C3S2_610 Development of an event-linked counterfactual diagnostic evidence layer based on ECMWF forecast and reanalysis information in support of the C3S Operational Attribution Office

The European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) needs services for the development of an event-linked counterfactual diagnostic evidence layer to support the C3S Operational Attribution Office, using ECMWF forecasts and reanalysis products. This framework agreement has a maximum duration of 18 months, with an expected start in Q1 2027, and a maximum total value of 750,000 EUR. The services will derive event-specific counterfactual diagnostics to provide additional evidence on how the intensity, probability, or other characteristics of observed extreme events may have differed in the absence of human-induced climate change. European Environment Agency (EEA) har brug for konsulenttjenester inden for forsknings- og udviklingsvirksomhed til en omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser fra Energy Community Contracting Parties i 2027 og relaterede kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter. Rammeaftalen har en varighed på 48 måneder og en maksimal totalværdi på 650.000 EUR. Tjenesterne omfatter specialiseret teknisk ekspertise til at udføre den første omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser og levere kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter, der understøtter implementeringen af rapporterings- og gennemgangskrav under den tilpassede Governance Regulation.
