BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, furnishing of materials, fabrication, inspection, testing, and documentation for packaged electrode type electric boilers, deaerators, blowdown flash tanks, boiler feed systems, and chemical feed systems, complete with all required controls and instrumentation. The auxiliary boiler has an estimated net steam output of 46,000 kg/hr at 13.79 bar. The packaged boiler shall be designed, fabricated, tested, and stamped in accordance with EN standards, including but not limited to PN-EN 13445 Unfired Pressure Vessels and PN-EN 12953 Shell Boilers.

  • The scope of work for this package consists of design, furnishing materials, fabrication, inspection, testing, and documentation for packaged electrode type electric boiler, deaerator, blowdown flash tank, boiler feed system, chemical feed system complete with all required controls and instrumentation. The auxiliary boiler has estimated net steam output of 46,000 kg/hr at 13.79 bar. The packaged boiler shall be designed, fabricated, tested and stamped in accordance with EN standards; including but not limited to: a. PN-EN 13445 Unfired Pressure Vessels b. PN-EN 12953 Shell Boilers NOTE: The estimates provided above are APPROXIMATE only. The intent is to give bidders an idea of the scale of the project. Actual numbers will be included in official bid package.

    BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, manufacturing, and delivery of nine vertical deepwell, multi-stage centrifugal condensate pumps for the Condensate System (CDS) serving three AP1000 nuclear generating units. The equipment, including drivers, accessories, testing, documentation, quality assurance, inspection, and delivery services, must be suitable for installation in the turbine building, designed for long-term reliable operation in a nuclear power plant environment, and compliant with applicable European Union regulations, Polish codes, and relevant industry standards. The project location is Gdański. Suppliers should demonstrate experience with comparable large-capacity vertical multi-stage condensate pumps and the capability to support a major nuclear new-build project.

    BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs detailing, fabricating, and furnishing over 100 structural steel module assemblies for three nuclear power plants in Poland. The total weight of the structural steel modules is approximately 6000 metric tons. The modules include structural steel shapes, plates, studs, and miscellaneous items, primarily carbon steel with some duplex stainless steel. Fabrication is divided into five module categories: Floor modules (CAxx), Liner modules (CBxx), Heavy stair/platform tower framing (CHxx), Light stair modules (CSxx), and Platform modules (SPLxx). The first delivery is required by August 2029, with final delivery by July 2035.
