Circulating Water Pumps (Concrete Volute)

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, furnishing of materials, fabrication, testing, and delivery of nine vertical concrete volute pumps (based on European Materials, Codes and Standards) for each of the three nuclear power plants (NPPs) planned for the Poland AP100 Project. The pumps, which will circulate brackish Baltic Sea water to remove heat from main condensers, must have a rated flow of 21.3 m3/s, a pump head of 22.5m, and a design life of 60 years. The project requires physical model testing and shop performance testing on the pumps.

AP1000 Non-Safety Related Plant Security Computer Equipment (Commodity Code JS03) for Poland AP1000® Project

Westinghouse Electric Poland Sp.z.o.o needs Plant Security Computer Equipment (JS03) for the AP1000® Project in Poland. This system, classified as Non-Safety Related, Non-Seismic, and AP1000 Safety Class E, provides a centralized platform for physical protection functions, including intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, alarm processing, and security data management. The scope of work includes project management, material procurement, fabrication based on existing Westinghouse fleet design, CE Marking, cleaning, painting, packaging, and testing. Suppliers must demonstrate experience in furnishing similar integrated security computer systems for power generation or high-security industrial facilities, including computer-based platforms supporting intrusion detection, access control, video monitoring, alarm processing, and data management functions, as well as experience in the design, integration, configuration, and testing of systems consisting of servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and operator interfaces. They must also show capability to supply reliable, redundant, and continuously available systems supporting security monitoring and control functions, and meet quality requirements for equipment in a nuclear power plant.

Electric Auxiliary Boilers

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, furnishing of materials, fabrication, inspection, testing, and documentation for packaged electrode type electric boilers, deaerators, blowdown flash tanks, boiler feed systems, and chemical feed systems, complete with all required controls and instrumentation. The auxiliary boiler has an estimated net steam output of 46,000 kg/hr at 13.79 bar. The packaged boiler shall be designed, fabricated, tested, and stamped in accordance with EN standards, including but not limited to PN-EN 13445 Unfired Pressure Vessels and PN-EN 12953 Shell Boilers.

CWS Circulating Water Pumps (Concrete Volute)

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, furnishing of materials, fabrication, testing, and delivery of nine vertical concrete volute pumps for three nuclear power plants in Poland. These pumps will circulate brackish Baltic Sea water to cool main condensers, with each pump having a rated flow of 21.3 m3/s, a pump head of 22.5m, and a design life of 60 years. The project requires physical model testing and shop performance testing. The required onsite date for Unit 1 is June 2032.

Circulating Water System Intake Equipment Package

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, material, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a complete and fully operational Circulating Water System Intake Equipment Package. This includes 24 automatic dual flow type traveling water screens, 33 trash racks, 6 motorized trash rack raking systems, 2 intake tunnel stop gates, and 9 circulating water pump suction stop gates. The traveling screens must be designed for continuous, submerged service in brackish Baltic seawater at a depth of 23m, with material selection considering stagnation, biofouling, mussel formation, and frazil ice formation. The equipment is required on site by July 2032 for Unit 1, with details for Units 2 and 3 to follow.
