    Fingal County Council needs a Development Partner for the design, construction, delivery, and sale of a mixed-tenure development at Church Fields West, Dublin 15 (Phase 4), with a maximum total value of 98,000,000 EUR over 33 months. The project includes approximately 300 residential units, a library, a HSE day centre, a creche, ancillary facilities, and all associated site development works, green infrastructure (including access roads, footways, site boundaries, open space, drainage, public lighting, utilities, and services). Additionally, the development will involve further development of the adjacent Western Linear Park and Pinkeen Park, site connections, and upgrades of existing local infill parks.

      Fingal County Council wish to appoint a Development Partner with a view to progressing a mixed tenure development at Church Fields West, Dublin 15 (Phase 4).
