Europejska Agencja Straży Granicznej i Przybrzeżnej (FRONTEX) zamierza zawrzeć umowę ramową z UAB CIVITTA, PWC EU SERVICES, NRB, ARHS GROUP, ERNST & YOUNG CONSULTING, Deloitte, Accenture Poland i ITFS na świadczenie usług doradztwa biznesowego i eksperckiego związanego z EUROSUR. Umowa będzie obowiązywać przez 4 lata, a jej maksymalna łączna wartość wynosi 7 milionów EUR. Usługi mają na celu wdrożenie ulepszonych ram EUROSUR w zakresie wymiany informacji i współpracy operacyjnej w ramach Europejskiej Straży Granicznej i Przybrzeżnej, aby poprawić świadomość sytuacyjną i zwiększyć zdolność reagowania w zarządzaniu granicami, w tym wykrywanie, zapobieganie i zwalczanie nielegalnej imigracji oraz przestępczości transgranicznej, a także przyczynianie się do ochrony i ratowania życia migrantów.

  • The main goal of this procurement procedure is to establish (multiple) framework contracts for the provision of on-site (intramuros) and off-site (extramuros) business consultancy services regarding the implementation of the enhanced EUROSUR integrated framework for the exchange of information and operational cooperation within the European Border and Coast Guard in order to improve situational awareness and to increase reaction capability for the purposes of border management, including the detection, prevention and combating of illegal immigration and cross-border crime and contributing to ensuring the protection and saving the lives of migrants as established in Reg (EU) 2019/1896.
