    Linköpings universitet behöver en Mask Aligner för fotomönstring av tunna beläggningar till renrumsanläggningen Täppan vid Institutionen för teknik och naturvetenskap (ITN) på campus Norrköping. Systemet ska överföra mönster från en glasmask till ett underliggande metall- och/eller polymerskikt genom att exponera det ljuskänsliga materialet för ljus. Det maximala totala kontraktsvärdet är 2 500 000 SEK.

      Linkoping University (LiU) is procuring a Mask aligner for photo-patterning of thin coatings to the clean room facility of Täppan at the Institute of Science & Technology (ITN) on campus Norrköping. In this system, the pattern on a glass mask is transferred to the underlying metal and/or polymer layer by exposing the photosensitive material to light.
