NEB Academy Coordination and Support Centre

The European Commission, DG JRC - Joint Research Centre, is planning the procurement of services for a NEB Academy Coordination and Support Centre to facilitate the coherent development, effective functioning, and visibility of the NEB Academy during the 2027–2029 phase. This will involve connecting and coordinating, amplifying learnings, communicating and informing, monitoring, and connecting beyond the NEB ecosystem. The contract has an estimated maximum total value of 2,000,000 EUR over 3 years. Supporting the AI Observatory

The European Commission, DG CNECT - Communications Networks, Content and Technology, needs consulting services related to research and development for a project supporting the AI Observatory, with a maximum total value of 2,500,000 EUR over 3 years. The project aims to provide robust indicators to assess the impact of AI in strategic sectors, monitor its developments and changes to the labor market and economy, and support the organization of sectorial discussions. Services are to be delivered in Belgium. Award criteria are Quality (65%) and Price (35%).

AccessibleEU - phase II

The European Commission’s Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels needs services to support the management and operation of the European Accessibility Resource Centre, AccessibleEU, including keeping the existing centre operational. The contract runs for 4 years, with a maximum total value of EUR 11.2 million. Offers will be evaluated on quality (70%) and price (30%).

The European Commission, REGIO - Regional and Urban Policy, needs technical assistance and support services for the effective implementation, monitoring, and management of cross-border and trans-national cooperation programmes and preparatory activities for the next MFF programming period. The contract has a maximum total value of 5,314,701 EUR over 4 years. The services are demand-driven and include expertise in programme management, monitoring, evaluation, stakeholder coordination, analytical support, drafting reports and studies, organising workshops and events, maintaining knowledge-sharing platforms, supporting project selection and assessment processes, and capacity-building activities for programme beneficiaries. All services must align with EU regulations and strategic objectives. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (80%) and price (20%).

NL-Petten: Onderhoud, reparatie, ondersteuning van faciliteiten en kleinschalige renovatie van gebouwen, externe zones en bijbehorende infrastructuur

De Europese Commissie, Directoraat-generaal GCO - Gemeenschappelijk Centrum voor Onderzoek, is van plan een raamcontract af te sluiten voor onderhoud, reparatie, dagelijkse technische ondersteuning en kleinschalige renovatiediensten voor gebouwen, externe zones en bijbehorende infrastructuur in Petten en Bergen, met een geschatte maximale waarde van 1,6 miljoen euro over 4 jaar. De contractant zal preventief en correctief onderhoud, reparaties en renovaties uitvoeren, en een voltijdse technicus ter plaatse aanstellen. EQUANS West-Nederland B.V. heeft momenteel een vergelijkbaar contract voor werktuigbouwkundige installaties.
