Provision of interim staff for the European Labour Authority and the European Commission Representation in Slovakia / Bratislava

The European Labour Authority (ELA), together with the European Commission’s Representation in Slovakia, needs interim staffing services under a 4-year framework agreement with a maximum total value of EUR 8 million. The contractor will process staffing requests, preselect candidates against specified profiles, provide temporary workers on demand, and manage communications throughout preselection, selection and employment. Staff will support operations in Bratislava, covering temporary absences, workload peaks, temporary reinforcement, specific assignments and ongoing needs. Quality accounts for 60% of the award criteria and price for 40%. Infeurope SA and ManpowerGroup Slovensko SRO hold a related interim-staffing framework agreement awarded by ELA.

Provision of Travel Agency services

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) needs travel agency services under a 4-year framework agreement with a maximum total value of €24 million. Services cover missions, authorised travel, event attendance and other travel undertaken in the Office’s name or at its request. The contract will be awarded based on quality (60%) and price (40%).

The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control needs travel agency and event management services through a framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 36,000,000 EUR. The services include individual and group travel, accommodation, other travel-related arrangements, and event management for events mainly within EU/EEA countries, but also outside of EU/EEA in Europe and other continents. T&T Executive Company of General Tourism and Public Relations Single Partner SA has a similar contract today. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (60%) and price (40%).
