The contract will run from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030, with options for additional Big Boxes, Lids, and separate Feet. The maximum total value of the contract is 5.2 million EUR. Deliveries are to be made to Fredericia, Svenstrup, or Taastrup, Denmark. The award criterion is the lowest price (100%). ODENSE RENOVATION A/S har brug for afsætning af blandet hård plast via en rammeaftale over 4 år. Tjenesterne skal leveres på Fyn. Marius Pedersen A/S har sandsynligvis en lignende kontrakt i dag. Tildelingskriterierne er pris (60%) og kvalitet (40%). Kvalitetskriterierne omfatter behandlingsproces, massebalance, kvalitetssikring og socialt ansvar. Der stilles krav om, at tilbudsgivers modtagested skal være registreret i Affaldsregisteret som Indsamlingsvirksomhed, Genanvendelsesanlæg, Mægler eller Forhandler, og have miljøgodkendelse til opbevaring af fraktionen. Tilbudsgiver skal desuden have erfaring fra lignende opgaver med modtagelse af blandet plast på minimum 100 ton pr. år, dokumenteret med mindst én sammenlignelig reference inden for de seneste 3 år.

Tender Procedure for a Framework Agreement regarding Plastic Sacks

Dansk Retursystem A/S needs polyethylene garbage bags for a framework agreement over 4 years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030. The agreement covers the supply of up to 4,000,000 large plastic sacks for PET and aluminum beverage packaging and up to 1,600,000 small plastic sacks for glass beverage packaging. Each sack must have a unique identifier (QR-code, variable sack number, and check digits) to enable scanning and identification in DRS’ handling process. The estimated total number of sacks is 4,400,000 units, with a maximum of 5,600,000 units. Dansk Retursystem A/S guarantees an order of 800,000 large plastic sacks and 300,000 small plastic sacks in the first year. Scan Lux Flexible A/S has a similar contract today. The award criterion is price (100%). Qualification requirements include a general yearly turnover of at least EUR 1,000,000 in each of the last two completed financial years, positive equity in each of the last two completed financial years, and at least two references within the last three years demonstrating experience with comparable services.

Ærø Affald A/S har brug for tjenester til modtagelse og behandling af kildesorteret organisk dagrenovation (KOD) gennem en rammeaftale over 4 år, der skal leveres på Fyn. Kontrakten evalueres ud fra pris (60%) og kvalitet (40%), hvor kvaliteten vurderes ud fra tilbudsgivers garanti for det maksimale indhold af fysiske urenheder i den producerede pulp. Kvalifikationskrav inkluderer en soliditetsgrad på minimum 20% og en egenkapital på mindst 5.000.000 DKK i seneste regnskabsår, samt fremvisning af minimum 3 sammenlignelige referencer inden for de seneste 3 år, hvor tilbudsgiver har modtaget og pulpet KOD eller lignende organisk affald i en årlig mængde på ikke under 5.000 ton per kontrakt. Derudover skal tilbudsgiver fremsende de seneste 12 måneders analyser af modtageranlæggets færdigproducerede pulp, som minimum indeholder parametre for fysiske urenheder i henhold til BEK nr. 1001 af 27/06/2018.
