    Brief

    Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power A/S needs a framework agreement for the supply of Ammonia (99,5%) and Ammonia Water (24,5%) to power plants in Studstrup, Hvidovre, Fredericia, and Kalundborg, Denmark, with an estimated total value of 70.411.520 DKK. The estimated annual quantities are 600 metric tons of Ammonia (99,5%) for Studstrup Power Plant, 700 metric tons of Ammonia (99,5%) and 250 metric tons of Ammonia Water (24,5%) for Avedøre Power Plant, 600 metric tons of Ammonia Water (24,5%) for Skærbæk Power Plant, and 30 metric tons of Ammonia Water (24,5%) for Asnæs Power Plant. The contract will be awarded based on price (100%). To qualify, applicants must demonstrate experience by providing references showing a combined total delivery of at least 1000 metric tons of Ammonia (>99,5%) and/or Ammonia Water (approx. 24,5%) between January 1, 2025, and the prequalification deadline. A maximum of five references can be submitted, with the most recent ones prioritized.

    • Description

      The Applicant must have reference(s) showing that, from 1 January 2025 to the Prequalification Deadline, the Applicant delivered a combined total of one thousand (1000) metric tons of Ammonia (>99,5%) and/or Ammonia Water (approx. 24,5%).

      Documentation Requirement

      The Applicant must confirm that the Applicant fulfils the minimum requirement(s) above by ticking “yes” in part IV of the ESPD. The Applicant’s answer in part IV of the ESPD serves as provisional documentation that the Applicant fulfils the minimum requirement(s), and the Applicant will later be requested to document compliance with the minimum requirement. Submission of a reference list showing compliance with the minimum requirement for “experience” will be considered documentation. If the Applicant has submitted references as part of the information under the selection criteria for “Experience”, and these references show fulfilment of the minimum requirement for experience, these references will be considered documentation for fulfilment of the minimum requirement for experience. If the references submitted as part of the information under the selection criterion for “Experience” does not show fulfilment of the minimum requirement for experience, then the Applicant will be requested to submit documentation at a later stage of the Tender Procedure that shows that the Applicant fulfils the minimum requirement for experience. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to allow supplementation of the Application as described in the procurement documents (the prequalification notice).

      Energinet Eltransmission A/S needs to purchase complete glass insulator strings through a framework agreement over 4 years, with two options for extension of 2 years each, for a total potential duration of 8 years.
