    Fluxys Belgium n.v. heeft een overeenkomst nodig voor het ontwerp, de levering en implementatie van een geautomatiseerd magazijnsysteem (ICM 2.0) en een afroepcontract voor het onderhoud, voor een duur van 8 jaar. Het project omvat de implementatie van een nieuw geautomatiseerd palletmagazijn voor het Fluxys Interventiecentrum in Arr. Halle-Vilvoorde, om 24/7 materiële beschikbaarheid te garanderen. De scope omvat ontwerp, levering, automatisering, software, systeemintegratie, implementatie en ondersteunende diensten, evenals een onderhoudscontract voor het geautomatiseerde magazijnsysteem. De leverancier moet een gemiddelde jaarlijkse omzet van minimaal 4 miljoen euro hebben over de laatste 3 jaar, een current ratio van boven de 1.0 en een solvabiliteitsratio van boven de 20% (gemiddeld over de laatste 3 jaar), en een beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering met een minimale dekking van 1,25 miljoen euro. Ervaring met minimaal drie referentieprojecten van vergelijkbare geautomatiseerde palletmagazijnen (AS/RS) met een capaciteit van minimaal 3.000 palletlocaties, inclusief WCS/WMS-integratie, voltooid in de afgelopen vijf jaar, is vereist. De leverancier moet beschikken over minimaal vier eigen hardwaretechnici en vier eigen softwarespecialisten voor onderhoud en interventies, een operationele helpdesk en personeel met de nodige taalvaardigheden (hardwaretechnici in het Nederlands, softwarespecialisten in het Nederlands, Frans en/of Engels).

Minimum level required: the candidate must have at least four own hardware technicians and at least four own software specialists available for maintenance and interventions in relation to automated warehouse systems.

Minimum level required: the candidate must have an operational incident reporting point that can receive, register and follow up incidents.

      The candidate must demonstrate that it has, or can provide, personnel with the language capabilities required for the performance of the contract, taking into account the required interaction with Fluxys operational and technical teams. Minimum level required: hardware technicians must be able to communicate in Dutch. Software specialists must be able to communicate in Dutch, French and/or English.

      The candidate must describe how continuity of the services will be ensured in the event of the departure, long-term absence or replacement of key personnel involved in the implementation, maintenance or support of the automated warehouse system.
