    The European Investment Bank has entered into a framework agreement with UNISYSTEMS LUXEMBOURG SARL, NETCOMPANY S.A., SOGETI LUXEMBOURG SA, DELOITTE TAX & CONSULTING, FTS, TALAN LUXEMBOURG SARL, SWORD, ARHS GROUP, CRONOS EUROPA, NTT DATA BELGIQUE, COMPUTER TASK GROUP IT SOLUTIONS SA, UNISYS BELGIUM, EDDA INTERNATIONAL S.A., EDDA LUXEMBOURG, AGILE PARTNER, Contraste Europe SA, Wavestone SA, DELAWARE CONSULTING, and NEOFACTO Luxembourg for the provision of IT consultancy services related to content management. These services, which include development, maintenance, and support for Microsoft365, Microsoft SharePoint, .Net platforms, OpenText Content Management, custom web content management solutions (mainly .NET and PHP/Drupal), and Enterprise Search solutions, will be delivered over 72 months with an estimated maximum total value of 130,000,000 EUR.

      The objective of this procurement is to award Framework Agreements to up to 5 successful tenderers for the provision of IT consultancy services related to content management for the EIB Group, in particular in the following domains: - development, maintenance and support of a Microsoft365, Microsoft SharePoint and .Net platform. - development, maintenance and support of the EIB Group’s Document Management System based on (but not limited to) OpenText Content Management (Extended ECM). - development, maintenance and support of custom-built web content management solutions, in platforms different to M365 (mainly based on, but not limited to .NET and PHP/Drupal frameworks). - development, maintenance and support of the EIB Group’s Enterprise Search solutions. - development, maintenance and support of other IT platforms, solutions and tools that may be used by the EIB during the term of the Framework Agreement for the purposes of content management.
