    Zalaegerszeg Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata közétkeztetési szolgáltatásokat igényel Zala megyében. A szolgáltatás magában foglalja a köznevelési intézmények számára nyújtott étkeztetést, beleértve a nyers zöldség/gyümölcs szolgáltatását, fogyasztói visszajelzési rendszerek bevezetését, valamint a rövid ellátási láncban beszerzett és helyi élelmiszer termékek arányának növelését. Az ajánlatokat ár (85%) és minőség (15%) alapján bírálják el. A pályázóknak rendelkezniük kell aktív Élelmiszerlánc-felügyeleti Információs Rendszer (FELIR) azonosítóval, az utolsó három lezárt üzleti évből legfeljebb egyben lehetett negatív az adózott eredményük, és az utolsó három üzleti évben összesen legalább 900 000 000 HUF árbevétellel kell rendelkezniük közétkeztetési szolgáltatásokból. Továbbá, legalább két, 12 hónapon keresztül köznevelési intézmény számára folyamatosan teljesített közétkeztetési referenciával kell rendelkezniük, amelyek igazolják legalább 8 szállítási/tálalópont ellátását, napi 25 ebédadagot 4-6 éves korcsoportnak, napi 2000 ebédadagot 7-14 éves korcsoportnak, napi 730 ebédadagot és 120 vacsoraadagot 15-18 éves korcsoportnak, valamint napi 30 egyadagos diétás étkezést. Szakmai követelményként legalább 1 élelmezésvezető (főiskolai szintű dietetikus vagy államilag elismert élelmezésvezető szakképesítéssel és 24 hónap közétkeztetési gyakorlattal), 1 szakács (szakács vagy azzal egyenértékű végzettséggel és 24 hónap közétkeztetési gyakorlattal), 1 felsőfokú dietetikus (vagy azzal egyenértékű végzettséggel és 24 hónap diétás dietetikusi gyakorlattal), és 1 diétás szakács (legalább középfokú végzettséggel és 24 hónap diétás szakács gyakorlattal) bevonása szükséges.

      Documentation Requirement

      The tenderer must submit a certificate/declaration of the existence of the FELIR identifier, which the Contracting Authority will verify on the https://portal.nebih.gov.hu/felir-kereso website. Initially, only a declaration is required in the tender. Detailed data and required certificates will be requested later by the Contracting Authority.

      The tenderer is unsuitable if their after-tax profit, based on their or their legal predecessor's financial statements compliant with accounting regulations, was negative in more than one business year out of the last three business years closed with financial statements preceding the publication date of this call.

If the tenderer does not have the document because they operate in a legal form for which the submission of financial statements or a declaration of turnover is not possible, they may prove their financial and economic suitability with any other declaration or document deemed appropriate by the Contracting Authority.

      Documentation Requirement

      The references must be proven according to Kr. 23. The declaration/certificate must contain at least: the name of the other contracting party, the subject of the service with the content according to the minimum suitability requirement, the main quantitative data of the service with the content according to the minimum suitability requirement, the time of performance (indicating the start and end dates - at least year, month), and whether the performance was in accordance with the specifications and the contract. If the performance was not in accordance with the contract, the reason and extent of the deviation must be described in the certificate, and in case of the economic operator's breach of contract, whether the economic operator's liability for the breach of contract exists. In the case of joint tenderers, the reference certificate/declaration must contain the above data in such a way that the suitability of the tenderer can be clearly determined based on their own performance. If the reference certificate/declaration cannot be issued by separating the work performed by individual tenderers, the reference certificate/declaration must state the percentage of participation in the consideration based on the performance.
