    TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers of Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV), also called Safety Standby Vessels, and their crews to conclude a service framework contract for the duration of 3 years (+2 +2 years as options). An ERRV is required during various scenarios related to the operation of TenneT's offshore platforms. It is to ensure and increase the safety of the people working offshore, especially during non-routine works at non-secured working environments, like over the side or underneath the platform. The ERRV will be utilised during scheduled maintenance campaigns as well as for short-term trouble shooting and construction campaigns. The ERRV will be working in close vicinity of the platform and cover overboard works at the platforms and rescue persons from the water in case of emergency and providing them with first aid.

      The price criterion is based on the following evaluation of the bids/offers: The bid with the lowest bid price will be ranked at 1.00. Any bid that exceeds 2 times the lowest bid price will be awarded the last rank, which always corresponds to the number of bids submitted and evaluated. The evaluation of the bid prices which lie in between is carried out by means of linear interpolation with up to two decimal digits. This applies to both, the selection of candidates to conduct the negotiations with (evaluation based on the initial offer documents) as well as the later awarding of the contract to the winning candidate (evaluation based on BAFO documents).

      Qualification System for the Provision of Jack-Up Barges

      This qualification system shall cover the provision of Jack-Up Barges in the German or Dutch North Sea.  The Clients understanding of a Jack-up Barge (JuB) is defined as any non-propelled or self-propelled marine vessel that is fitted with legs and a jacking system that provides the vessel with the capability to elevate the hull above the surface of the sea. Other industry terms used to identify jack-ups are Mobile Offshore Units (MOUs), Self-elevating Platforms (SEPs) and Lift Boats. For each requirement of a Jack-Up Barge the client will issue an invitation to tender/request for quotation (ITT). The Jack up Barge shall support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance campaigns at TenneT's offshore assets. The technical requirements can vary in its nature, depending on the scope of work the Jack-up Barge shall fulfil. In general the Client intends to use such units for crane operations and accommodation of personnel. Beside those main tasks several side tasks may be requested. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is to be concluded to protect the confidentiality of the client's information. Once the NDA has been received and considered complete, you shall be added as participant to the prequalification system and granted access to all questions and documents accordingly.  Please carefully read the "procedure guidelines" and follow the given instructions. *** The application for participation must be submitted electronically (in a standardized data format, such as PDF and MS Office format) exclusively via the  e-tendering platform, including all required information and supporting documents. Please use the templates made available in the questionnaires. *** The client is entitled to transfer the rights and obligations of the subject matter of the contract to a special purpose vehicle (NewCo), irrespective of whether third parties have already participated as shareholders in this project company, or only after any transfer of this master agreement to such a project participate. *** The contract(s) will be concluded without guaranteed minimum purchase quantities. *** Authorized to call for this framework agreement are also companies affiliated with the client within the meaning of §§ 15 ff.
