Qualification requirements
Description
The tenderer must have at least five (5) comparable references to food & beverage units in three (3) different airports or other traffic junctions with similar security barriers. The references must concern direct responsibility for day-to-day F&B operations. Units in Copenhagen Airport are allowed as reference. The references must have a contract length of at least two (2) years and relate to at least five (5) different units and at least five (5) different brands. For a reference to be valid it must have been in force within the last three (3) years before the date of the initial tender deadline. The date of provision is calculated from the date of expiry of the reference. Ongoing references are accepted if the reference has been ongoing for a minimum of 2 years. The reference requirement can be fulfilled through references where the tenderer has been a supplier or subcontractor. The decisive factor is that the tenderer has performed the work covered by the reference. As for consortia, the consortium members combined must meet the minimum requirement. As for tenderers relying on the technical and professional suitability of other economic operators, the tenderer and the committed entity combined must meet the minimum requirement.
Documentation Requirement
Please note that a tenderer may in its ESPD state only its own references, i.e. for the specific legal entity (e.g. company) in question. This means for example that group companies' references may be considered only if the tenderer relies on the group companies in question in relation to suitability and if separate ESPDs and letters of commitment are submitted for these group companies, see below.
